67TH ANNUAL CONVENTION

The 67th Annual Convention was held, on October 16 and 17, 2015, in Ocean City at the Holiday Inn. The Friday morning seminars were presented by Gail Hyser, AFLAC and Leon Langley, MD State Director of Transportation. The New MSBCA website was also revealed. The afternoon seminars were presented by 1st National Bank, Johnson & Towers and NAPA The evening Trade Show was very well attended. It was a great time to visit with the vendors and fellow contractors. Saturday morning started off with breakfast, followed by outside presentations from K. Neal International – I/C Bus, I.G. Burton – Blue Bird and American Bus Sales – Thomas. After lunch, the Annual Membership Meeting was held. The evening concluded with the Hawaiian themed banquet and dancers, installation of officers, and door prizes.  The turn out was fantastic and there were even some first timers this year.  There were many highlights to the weekend but just to name a few were the many raffles going off, the crazy photo booth at the trade show and lastly the Hawaiian dancers that performed at banquet and even managed to turn some of our very own members into naturals in Hawaiian dance!  We would like to thank all of our volunteers for their hard work and dedication that made this convention possible.  We would also like to thank all of you that came out and participated in such a great event, we hope you enjoyed yourselves and we look forward to seeing you next year!  Please make sure you check out some of the photos that were taken from the event.  If you have any photos that you wish to share please forward them Jessica McMillion (jessmcmillion@yahoo.com) and we will add them to our gallery.
